Loyce had a naturally tall, elegant stature. She usually dressed in chic, understated outfits or sleek, powerful suits. Tonight's soft pink aesthetic perfectly highlighted her beautifully accentuated curves. She didn't have a single ounce of excess weight on her; her slender waist looked as though a man could easily wrap his hands completely around it. Every movement she made was intoxicatingly graceful and delicately feminine.
It was incredibly rare to see her looking so devastatingly soft and approachable.
The only piece that slightly clashed with the soft pink ensemble was the heavy, deep blue ocean bracelet around her wrist. While undoubtedly beautiful, it felt just a bit out of place.
Seeing her up close, Thane couldn't stop himself from staring, completely mesmerized by the sheer impact of her radiant complexion and striking beauty.
Sybil pinched his arm hard, snapping him out of his daze.
"Yuna," Sybil called out, trying to initiate conversation. But Yuna merely shot her a cold glance, gave a stiff nod, and refused to say a single word.
Feeling humiliated, Sybil's eyes scanned Loyce's dress, desperately looking for a flaw. "Isn't that the new season Dior release?" she asked suddenly. "I remember the lace tie being in the front on the runway. Why is yours in the back? And the hem looks different."
Thane immediately frowned. "You're the heiress to the wealthiest family in the country, and you're wearing a fake?"
Yuna rolled her eyes. "Why on earth would she wear a fake? That dress only costs a couple of million."
"I didn't say it was a fake," Sybil corrected quickly, her voice dripping with fake innocence. "I just happened to see it at the runway show, and the details look off."
Another socialite chimed in eagerly. "I saw the runway shots too! Sybil is right, the detailing is definitely different."
Standing nearby, Dr. Karl swirled his whiskey and clicked his tongue loudly. "I really despise people who can't keep their mouths shut. Put a group of women together, and they'll waste hours arguing over a piece of fabric. It's dreadfully boring."
His voice carried perfectly, ensuring Sybil and the gossiping heiress heard every word.
Sybil bit her lip hard but didn't dare retaliate. Dr. Karl was the only reason she was on this ship; if she caused a scene and got thrown off, she would never live down the embarrassment.
The other heiress, driven by pure jealousy over Loyce's looks, pretended she hadn't heard a thing and looked away.
