Should he study abroad? If he went to the UK or Switzerland, a conservative estimate for a four-year bachelor's and a two-year master's, including living expenses, would add several million more.
If Simon wanted to start a separate company with Clara in the future, would they have enough cash flow? He couldn't work for Uncle Noah forever.
Simon had a sharp business sense. With seed money and the right connections, he could hold up half the sky for Clara.
The HOA fees for Riverside Court—were they paid quarterly or annually? When was the heating bill due? How much were the parking fees?
