The Prison-Made Queen novel Chapter 370

Judie sipped her champagne, raising an eyebrow at the comment. "Oh? Who let the stray dog in? It’s awfully noisy."

Carola’s face flushed red with anger. "Who are you calling a stray dog?"

Yvonne frowned, whispering to Leilani, "Leilani, she’s a friend of Tamara’s..."

Leilani glanced up indifferently, sweeping a cold look over Carola. "Can I help you?"

Stung by the icy gaze, Carola’s aggression faltered for a second, but remembering Tamara was watching from behind, she straightened her back immediately. "Did you guys sneak in here? This is VIP Box 1. Even Tamara isn't qualified to enter this one. What gives you the right to sit here?"

Judie scoffed, slowly pulling a gold-embossed invitation from her bag and waving it in front of Carola's face. "Can you see clearly? This invitation was sent by Clive personally, and it has Leilani's name on it."

Carola froze, snatching the invitation in disbelief. Sure enough, it was clearly written there. The signature at the bottom was Clive's own.

Carola was completely confused. "No... that's impossible! How could Tamara's brother..."

Judie snatched the invitation back, smiling coldly. "What? Jealous because your master didn't get the best seat?"

Carola’s face alternated between pale and red. She turned to look at Tamara, standing not far away, and stammered, "Tamara, this... this..."

Tamara stood rooted to the spot, the expression on her face barely holding together.

The invitation for Box 1... was given to Leilani by Clive personally? How was that possible? Clive had always hated Leilani. Why would he personally give her an invitation?

But Clive's signature and Leilani's name were right there. Tamara had no way to argue. Suppressing her guilt and anger, she walked over, grabbed Carola, and forced a smile. "Leilani, I didn't realize Clive invited you too. Why didn't you tell me earlier?"

Carola sneered. "Yvonne, you're just an outsider. What right do you have to butt in?"

Yvonne’s face went pale, her fingers clenching slightly.

Leilani’s gaze turned cold as she slowly stood up. "Carola, say that again?"

Her voice wasn't loud, but it carried a chilling intimidation. Carola was instantly frightened into taking a half-step back.

Seeing this, Tamara quickly pulled Carola back, choking out a sob. "Forget it, Carola, let's go... Let's not make things difficult for Clive."

As she spoke, she glanced at the camera inside Box 1. It was facing the stage, but it might capture their dispute.
