The Prison-Made Queen novel Chapter 442

Leilani frowned but remained silent. Beside her, Abel’s fists clenched until his knuckles cracked, his glare at Black turning ferocious. "Black, do you have a death wish?"

Black wasn't the least bit intimidated. Instead, he laughed with mocking sarcasm. "Abel, don't think you're hot shit just because you run with Payton. Around these parts, I'm not someone to be trifled with!"

As he spoke, he suddenly reached out, attempting to touch Leilani’s face. "Hey doll, what's the fun in hanging out with a dead-end guy like him? Why not come with me..."

“Smack!”

Leilani slapped his hand away, her eyes cold as ice. "Get lost. Don't touch me with your filthy hands."

Her disgust was written plainly on her face.

Black froze for a moment, his face darkening instantly. "Stuck-up bitch. Offering you respect and you don't take it? You won't know how tough I am until I truly reveal my power."

Black moved to grab her again. Abel, who had been holding back to avoid a fight in front of Leilani, snapped. The man’s mouth was filthy, and now he was trying to put his hands on her. Fury erupted in Abel’s chest, and he threw a heavy punch.

“Thud!”

Black stumbled back, blood instantly gushing from his nose. caught off guard, he clutched his face and roared in pain. "You jerk! You dare hit me? Get him!"

The lackeys swarmed forward. Abel’s gaze sharpened. moving like a tiger charging into a flock, his punches and kicks cutting through the air with precision. In the blink of an eye, he had already knocked two men to the ground.

Leilani stood to the side, raising an eyebrow. She hadn't expected Abel, who usually acted like a goofy brute in front of her and Payton, to be such a fierce fighter.

She hadn't planned to intervene; Abel seemed to have the situation well in hand. However, just as Abel turned his back to deal with one opponent, another thug pulled a folding knife from his waistband, eyes flashing with malice as he lunged for Abel’s lower back.
