Yennie's gorgeous face blushed when she heard that; she said softly, "Darryl, I was too worried earlier, and my attitude was terrible. Please forgive me,?"
Yennie bit her lips as she said that; she looked conflicted.
The fact was that Yennie, as a Nine Saint Oracle, was adamantly opposed to giving in to a guy from the Nine Mainland. However, she had no choice; the poison from the Black Sand Python was too powerful for her to defeat on her own.
"I see…"
Darryl clasped his arms and thought about it before he said, "I will assist you because you said so, Oracle. But you must agree to one condition!"
"What condition?" Yennie lifted her beautiful brows and asked.
An evil grin appeared on Darryl's face as he said, "It's simple, call me good brother, and I shall help you!"
What?
When she heard that, Yennie's body trembled; she almost fainted from her anger. "Darryl, don't be too demanding!"
'I am the Nine Saint Oracle; I am extremely pure. How can I call a man of the Nine Mainland my brother?'
Darryl shrugged. "I'm just asking you to call me good brother; I'm not asking you to do anything else. It's fine if you are not willing to do that."
When he said that, Darryl looked as if he was indifferent. However, he was observing the Black Sand Python the whole time, ready to take action at any time.
"You—" Yennie stomped her feet in anger. She wanted to scold Darryl, but she tried to control it. Her actions looked really attractive.
'That Darryl is so despicable. He knew that I could barely hold on, yet he raised such a request.'
'If I were to know that earlier, I would not have saved him!'
Hiss, hiss…
The massive Black Sand Python rose swiftly at that instant. It sprayed toxic mist from its wide mouth.
Yennie's gorgeous face paled when she saw the poisonous mist floating over.
