Teddy cracked a smile and tried to comfort the distressed crowd. "Don’t worry, everyone. The fake Goddess of Light was subdued by the twelve paladins. She has been targeted by the Temple of Lights, so she’s in trouble. She won’t be able to offer her support to the Day Rise Principality. So, let’s not worry about it!”
Everyone around Teddy looked a little more relaxed after his explanation.
"That's what I said!"
"In that case, we won't have any worries. Let's discuss how to deal with the Day Rise Principality."
Everyone discussed how to attack the Day Rise Principality, but they could not find a good reason to launch an attack after lengthy talks. You had to have a valid reason to wage war in the Roland Continent.
Suddenly, Teddy thought of something and smiled. “I have an idea. Half a day ago, a man trespassed into Storm City to save the fake Goddess of Light. I found out his name is Darren and he’s the same man who killed Winson.
"This man is powerful and he has a close relationship with the Day Rise Principality; he also has a relationship with the fake Goddess of Light. Let’s send an envoy to get the Day Rise Principality to surrender Darren. If they refuse, we’ll have a reason to send in our troops!”
Everyone around looked at each other after they heard the suggestion.
Finally, someone shouted, "But what if the Day Rise Principality surrenders Darren?"
The others nodded.
Teddy laughed and shook his head. “The Day Rise Principality won’t be able to surrender Darren. Half a day ago, I led him into a cave under Storm Mountain. It’s dangerous down there, so he’s probably dead. The Day Rise Principality still don’t know this, so how could they possibly hand him over?”
After listening to Teddy’s explanation, everyone realized it was a good plan as smiles appeared on their faces.
"Haha, this is a good idea!"
