Perfect Husband, The Destined One novel Chapter 3406

Dennis and his subordinates were instantly furious. One of them took a step forward and stared at the group with daggers in his eyes. "How dare you speak to our young master like that? Do you know who he is? He is the garrison's commander-in-chief's son!"

Dennis looked arrogant while Darryl stood indifferently next to him. The latter kept an eye on the cave entrance at all times. Due to the Blood Ritual he did with the dragon, he could sense remnants of the dragon's aura inside the cave. However, the dragon had left long ago.

Kit and his men were momentarily stunned but then gave way to laughter. "I don't care whose son you are. We were here first, so it belongs to us! Do you understand? Don't blame us for going rough on you if you don't leave now," Kit said with disdain.

Each of the Blood Wolf Group's members was as ferocious as their namesake, so they paid no mind to Dennis.

Kit waved his hand, and his men circled Dennis and his group, making Dennis's face even redder.

'How dare they act like that after knowing who I am. But they have a lot more people than we do,' Dennis thought.

"How dare you! Identify yourself right now. Trust me when I say I hold power to throw you in jail!" Angeline threatened them.

Kit and his men turned their attention to Angeline and were struck by her beauty. It took them about ten seconds to recover. "Hey, gorgeous! Have you ever heard of the Blood Wolf Group?" Kit asked as he rushed toward Angeline to take a closer look at her. "Our group leader is looking for a wife. You'll be perfect for him!"

As soon as he said that, Angeline had already raised her hand and slapped Kit with all her strength. Kit cried out in pain and took an involuntary step backward before sitting down on the ground with a pitiful thud. The slap was not that forceful even though Angela had used all her strength, but it was so unexpected that Kit had no time to dodge it.

"Screw your Blood Wolf Group. You're nothing but a shameless bunch of bandits. How dare you speak to me like that? Do you have a death wish?!" Angeline asked coldly. Her royal demeanor instantly came out. How could she take that lying down when she was the Queen's younger sister. Besides, she was known to be pure and of high status!

Kit held his cheek with one hand and pointed the other at Angeline. "You've got some temper there, pretty lady." Then he turned to his men and said with anger in his eyes. "Men, tie her up, and we'll each take turns with her tonight!"

Eighty men immediately rushed toward Angeline. Her face paled, and she quickly hid behind Darryl.

"Don't worry, Princess," Dennis said and, without hesitation, unsheathed his sword. "Men, it's time to teach those b*stards a lesson!" He went head-on with the other group. One by one, his men erupted with saint energy and followed him into the battle.

Kit's group had numbers on their side, but Dennis' men were elites from the garrison. When Kit's group behaved disrespectfully toward Angeline, that made them even more motivated to take them out. Of course, Angeline was also the Queen's sister—none of them would be spared should anything happen to her.
