Just as Darryl was struck in a stupor, Leah took the lead and bowed to Empress Heidi. "This is Darryl, a newcomer who has just arrived in Spirited Fruit Garden. He's here to send the precious fruits."
'So, he is the servant that takes care of the Spirited Fruit Garden.'
Empress Heidi nodded without the slightest expression on her beautiful face.
Leah frowned when she noticed that Darryl kept staring at the Empress and yelled impatiently, "How bold! Not only did you not kneel when you saw Her Majesty; you even looked at Her Majesty."
Leah walked forward and kicked Darryl fiercely.
Darryl's knees buckled, and he landed on his knees instantly.
'D*mn it!'
Darryl was irritated. 'Leah is such a big bully! Even if I'm just a servant in the orchard, there is no need for her to treat me like a slave.'
Even though Darryl was upset, he did not show it on his face. After all, he was granted an audience by Empress Heidi.
"Hey!"
Then, Leah urged in an angry tone. "Why are you in a daze? Why don't you present the precious fruits to Her Majesty?"
Darryl took a deep breath and offered the precious fruits respectfully. A servant immediately took them from him and presented the fruits to Empress Heidi.
Empress Heidi looked at the appearance of the precious fruit and said, "Are these the ripened fruits this season?"
"Yes, Your Majesty!" Darryl quickly responded.
Darryl decided that he would not return to the Spirited Fruit Garden when he left the Jade Fairyland. Instead, he would head straight to the teleportation gateway. Although there were many beautiful fairies in the Godly Region, he did not belong there. He knew that he would eventually get into trouble for overstaying.
Leah picked up a precious fruit after receiving the signal from Empress Heidi.
The next second, Empress Heidi took the fruit and ate it.
