After a few minutes, Neil finally picked himself up to look Skylar in the eye and said, "What is it that you want me to do for you?"
Neil still wasn't too keen on this idea of submitting to Skylar. It was only because his girlfriend got pulled into this mess that he considered conceding this once.
Seeing Neil had stopped being stubborn, Skylar smiled and said softly, "You really do have compassion."
"It's quite simple, actually. All I need is the ghost token your father, the former envoy for the King of the Dead, possesses. Sneak into the underworld and uncover the ghost token, then hand it over to me. Try not to create a commotion while you're at it," he continued with a relaxed facade. However, his eyes couldn't hide his urgency.
With the power of the ghost token, even an ordinary human was able to freely move about The Nine Mainland and The Ghost World without obstruction from underworld army. If Skylar had the ghost token in his arsenal, there's no telling what atrocity he would bring. Ileana, The Queen of Death, alone might not be enough to hold him back, but this meant that Skylar would no longer keep his possession of the fiend soul a secret.
'Ghost token?' Neil pondered; his thoughts became stuck.
Hearing this, his heart palpitated as he looked at Skylar dumbfounded, unable to speak a word. He knew his father had previously been an envoy for The King of the Dead and that he possessed a ghost token. However, knowing how thorough his father was with his work, Neil knew finding it was close to impossible.
"Look, Kid! I don't care what comes your way; if I don't see the ghost token within ten days, it's the end for you and this girl here. You understand!" Skylar shouted, breaking the silence in the valley.
"U-understood!" Neil replied, stuttering as he nodded. His heart remained reluctant, but at this time, he had no other choice.

On the other side of the world, in the Godly Region, the Nine Heaven Emperor sat on his mighty throne, sipping on fine wine in the Imperial Sky Palace.
