Yvette squealed and rushed forward to help Darryl to his feet. "Darryl, are you okay?"
She almost burst into tears.
Darryl took a deep breath and comforted her. "Don’t worry. Though Lord Kenny is powerful, he can't kill me."
He was not lying. With Darryl's fairy soul, Lord Kenny could only cause critical injury but could never take his life unless Lord Kenny could terminate fairy souls.
Meanwhile, Lord Kenny was excited when he saw he had seriously injured Darryl and laughed out loud. "Darryl, I warned you not to enter the ancient tomb of my ancestors, but you refused to listen. I’m sure it’s destined for your energy to be oppressed. All these years, I’ve been thinking about how to get rid of you, even in my sleep. Now, my wish has come true."
Lord Kenny Bred looked arrogant and walked forward. Without delay, Yvette appeared before Darryl and stood in front of him. "Lord Kenny, how can you call yourself an emperor and attack someone all of a sudden? Don’t you feel ashamed?"
She glared at Lord Kenny.
Lord Kenny scoffed. "Ashamed? Didn’t the two of you pretend to threaten me? We’re the same."
He glared at Darryl. He would never let go of the golden opportunity to get rid of Darryl.
"You…" Yvette turned red in the face and she was lost for words.
Without a word, Lord Kenny charged forward as his aura filled the air.
