To be honest, Darryl did not want to talk about Rogart's murder because he was framed for it. However, on second thought, he might as well tell the Nine Heaven Emperor the truth since he was the one who brought it up.
The Nine Heaven Emperor frowned at Darryl and asked, "Misunderstanding? Then, what really happened?"
Darryl relayed the truth to him. Finally, he said, "Looking at the situation. Darryl was most likely framed, and the real murderer was most likely Skylar. In the entire Nine Mainland, the only person who could kill Rogart, apart from Darryl, is Skylar."
The Nine Heaven Emperor pondered for a moment and then said, "You should still be vigilant and keep an eye out on Darryl even if he's not the murderer. Understand?"
'Sh*t!' Darryl swore internally. 'That Nine Heaven Emperor sure can keep a grudge. It looks like he still hasn't forgiven me for impersonating him.'
"Yes, I understand," Darryl said piously.
"That'll be all. You can find the glazed water in the Jade Fairyland. I trust you know where it is since you used to be a guard there. Hurry back to the Nine Mainland once you have it," the Nine Heaven Emperor said and then waved him away.
"Yes, Your Majesty," Darryl said and then quickly left the Imperial Sky Palace.
Darryl was in a dilemma. 'Sh*t! How would I know where the glazed water is? I'm a fake!' He had no choice but to bite the bullet and head to the Jade Fairyland.
"Greetings, Commander," the guards outside the Jade Fairyland said respectfully. If the Nine Heaven Emperor could not tell that Darryl was a fake, it would be easy to fool the guards.
