Cory let out a sigh of relief when Darryl did not blame him. He immediately stood up and quickly walked out of the hall.

Soon after, he returned with Celine and Queenie in tow.

The moment they entered the main hall, Celine and Queenie saw Darryl sipping tea in a relaxed manner. He had the posture of an honorable guest. They were instantly relieved.

They had been quite worried when they were waiting outside.

"Brother Darryl!"

Cumulonimbus smiled and said, "You guys must have come a long way. I'll take you to a place for you to rest. It's a rare treat to have you visiting the Thunder Fire Gate. I'll prepare a feast, and we'll drink till we drop!"

Then, Cumulonimbus passed the list of ingredients he had written to Cory so that Cory could prepare the ingredients for the elixir before walking out of the main hall.

Darryl smiled and led Celine and Queenie, following behind Cumulonimbus.

When they reached the guest room, Cumulonimbus smiled and said, "This is a suite. You can rest here for the night. If there is anything you need, just let the disciples know."

Then, Cumulonimbus exchanged a few more polite pleasantries with Darryl before taking his leave.

After that, Darryl scanned the surroundings and praised them discreetly. He never thought that the Thunder Fire Gate's guest suite was quite elegant.

The suite was divided by a curtain made of pearls. The furniture was made from the rare redwood. Someone had lit incense in the room, a flowery aroma wafting in the air.

"Wow!" Queenie said as she looked around in delight. "It's a great room! We could finally rest well tonight! Darryl, I thought you were just bluffing. Who would have thought that the Thunder Fire Gate's Sect Master is truly indebted to you?"

Darryl chuckled when he saw how happy she was. Celine bit her lips gently. She had a rather complicated expression.

Even though the room was quite good, the suite had no doors, only curtains. She and Queenie were women, while Darryl was a man. It was inappropriate for them to stay the night together.
