Perfect Husband, The Destined One novel Chapter 4437

Cumulonimbus was a smart man. He instantly understood what Darryl meant. He knew that Darryl did not want his identity exposed. He immediately nodded and said, "I understand. Don't worry; I'll keep your secret."

Darryl nodded and continued to say, "There is another thing I need to trouble you with, Sect Master Swae."

"Do tell." Cumulonimbus nodded without any hesitation.

During the battle with the Raksasa Tribe at the Chaotic Mountain Range, Cumulonimbus accidentally got trapped. It was a dangerous situation, and Darryl had rescued him in the nick of time. Cumulonimbus had always kept that incident on his mind.

At that moment, if Darryl had asked for a hundred favors, Cumulonimbus would agree to them without any hesitation.

Darryl let out a sigh of relief. He said, "I have a friend who almost had a psychotic break while cultivating. She is extremely weak currently. I'm preparing to extract an elixir for her. I need some ingredients."

Ah, so that was the favor.

Cumulonimbus smiled and thumped his chest. "That is nothing. Leave it to me."

Darryl did not hesitate. He listed the ingredients he needed. Cumulonimbus immediately picked up a pen and paper by the side and noted them down earnestly.

When he finished writing them down, Cumulonimbus smiled fawningly, "Do you need anything else?"

Darryl shook his head, smiled, and said, "Nothing else, except that my two friends are being stopped outside by your men."

Bloody hell!

Cumulonimbus' expressions darkened. He growled, "Those idiots dare to stop our esteemed guests? Brother Darryl, please don't blame my men. They are idiots."

Then, Cumulonimbus yelled at the men outside, "Get in here!"

Cory quickly came running into the hall and said politely, "Master, is there anything I can do?" he asked while sizing Darryl up. His eyes were filled with condescension.

'That con man must have shown his true colors, so Master called me in here."
