Perfect Husband, The Destined One novel Chapter 4633

Prince Auten's expression was one of pure mockery as well. "Well, don't run your mouth if you haven't got a plan."

Prince Auten glanced around him and said confidently, "Watch and learn how a real emperor will tame Shakun." Auten was impossibly confident then; he was sure that his master's words were right.

Then, Prince Auten exploded with energy and charged in Shakun's direction.

Prince Auten had landed on Shakun's head in no time at all. He channeled his energy into his right hand and brought it down onto the top of Shakun's head to dispel the disrupted energy there.

Thump!

The next second, they heard a dull thump as Prince Auten got the shock of his life. He could feel that the energy condensed at the top of Shakun's head was impossibly strong—there was no way to dispel it at all.

How could that be?

Just as Prince Auten was reeling in shock, Shakun was furious about the situation. It let out an ear-piercing shriek.

The shriek rang through the heavens and shook the people's hearts, and rumbled through their eardrums.

The next second, Shakun cast its bloodshot eyes onto Prince Auten. With a harsh swing of his enormous body, it sent the soldiers around him flying. After that, it opened its mouth to emit a powerful soundwave, casting it in Prince Auten's direction.

Everyone, including Empress Heidi, Wiz Immortal, and the other officials, was startled greatly. All of them said a silent prayer for Prince Auten.

At the same time, they were also confused.

That method was supposed to work. Why did it not seem to have done anything at all?

Crap!

When he sensed the overwhelming sound wave headed his way and the terrifying strength held within it, Prince Auten's expression shifted instantly as he gasped.

The next second, Prince Auten cried out in shock and dear. "Shakun! I'm Prince Auten, the future emperor! Calm down this instant!"

However, Shakun had gone rogue; it did not hear any of his words.

Prince Auten did not forget to duck to the side. Shakun had been powerful enough to fight alongside the Ancient Ancestors against the fiend race back in the day. Of course, he could not face the beast head-on.
