Wiz Immortal felt conflicted.
He had been pissed off when he had to refer to Darryl as his master in public during the day. When he saw Prince Auten take the initiative to be nice to Darryl, he felt even more uncomfortable.
However, he knew that Prince Auten would have a reason to do that.
Prince Auten took a deep breath and was about to respond, but Darryl interrupted him.
"Ouch!" Darryl smiled, looked at the famous Wiz Immortal, and asked, "Isn't that the famous Wiz Immortal? Did you forget what happened in the daytime so soon?"
Darryl looked arrogant as he spoke.
Darryl did not want to do what he was doing, but Wiz Immortal had acted too arrogantly in the Beast Enclosure in the daytime.
As soon as he finished speaking, all eyes in the entire palace instantly focused on Wiz Immortal.
At that moment, Wiz Immortal's face reddened, looking extremely ugly. However, he still held back his anger and bowed deeply. He said politely, "Master."
Wiz Immortal felt indescribable humiliation and regret.
If he had known that it would be so humiliating, he would not have attended the party that night.
Darryl nodded with satisfaction. Then, he smiled and began to clink his glass with the other officials around him, completely ignoring Wiz Immortal and Prince Auten.
Prince Auten was furious, but he held back his anger and pulled Wiz Immortal to a corner nearby.
"Your Highness!" With a puzzled look on his face, Wiz Immortal asked, "Why did you toast to him? Have you forgotten how embarrassed we were during the day?"
He looked at Darryl and said, "Look at his smug face. He didn't even take you seriously."
Prince Auten sighed. He did not get angry. Instead, he smiled mysteriously and said, "Master, don't worry. That old b*stard is so disgusting. I wish I could kill him. Why would I show him any kindness?
