What?
Sunstream stood rooted to the ground, thinking he had misheard Forsythe.
What was Forsythe saying? Demanding that the entire Waller Island join the Sea Dragon Palace?
At the same time, many Waller Island pirates gathered upon hearing about the situation.
"Forsythe Peddleman!"
At last, Sunstream returned to his senses. However, he could not hide the mockery in his tone as he jeered at Forsythe loudly.
"Your brain isn't fried, is it? Coming onto my territory like this and talking such a big talk. Also, you made a name out of the Sea Dragon Hall all by yourself, Forsythe. I must say it's a shame that you gave it all up for a woman."
As he spoke, Sunstream cast a glance at Morticia before continuing with a sly smile.
"I must say, this lady here's quite a beauty. In fact, she's the prettiest I've ever seen out of all these women I've met on the ocean. How about this? You give her to me, and I'll forgive you for the rash sayings that just came out of you. Hahaha!"
As he spoke, his words were nothing but boastful.
To Sunstream, only two people had come to him, and they were on his territory. There was nothing for him to be afraid of!
On top of that, how could his lustful nature give up such a beautiful woman when handed to him?
As the words rang through the air, many of the Waller Island pirates could not help but burst into laughter as some of them piped up themselves as well.
"Good eye, captain."
"This woman is truly beautiful. She'd be most suited for a man like you, Captain."
"Congratulations, Captain. You're surely going to have fun tonight. Hahaha!"
Upon hearing their comments, Morticia's exquisite features did not move in the slightest, but her gaze flashed disdainfully.
Then, Forsythe exploded with anger as he raised a finger angrily at Sunstream. "Sunstream The Third! How dare you mock our Empress? Do you have a death wish? I'm giving you one last chance to think about it, and I mean, really think about it or suffer the consequences."
As he spoke, Forsythe radiated an intense burst of energy. He wanted nothing more than to kill Sunstream in cold blood immediately, but the empress had not said anything, so he had no choice but to hold back his anger.
Forsythe's cries did not seem to sway Sunstream in the slightest. Instead, he smirked mockingly.
