Amidst his anger, Zack roared, "How dare you still say such things at this stage! Listen up, everyone! Take them down alive, no matter what it takes."
He had thought it through. Killing Chester and the rest would be doing them a favor.
No, he had to take them down alive and torture them to no end. Only then would the evil fury in him calm down.
"Yes, Your Honor!"
At the order, more royal guards rushed forward.
Dax's eyes grew bloodshot at the sight of the royal guards. He flicked the Sky-Breaking Ax wildly in the air, but all his internal energy was almost wiped out. Even with the Godly Region soldiers on his end, it was hard to turn things around.
Soon enough, Dax's actions slowed down as his complexion paled as well.
Clang!
A few royal guards rushed over, wielding their long swords and bringing them down hard onto Dax's back.
Slash!
Blood spurted out immediately, yet Dax gritted his teeth without making a sound as his body staggered and almost fell.
Dax and Chester had spent half a night in battle, and their energy was at its limit.
"Motherf*cker, come on!"
Dax roared, sending all the royal guards around him flying with a strength that seemed to come out of nowhere. Dax's face was deathly pale by then, but he still did not fear the enemies before him one bit.
Hiss!
The surrounding royal guards could not help but gasp in terror.
It was the famous, esteemed Dax Sanders indeed. Unbothered and unshaken, even when so heavily maimed.
Was he even human?
"What are you all scared of? He's out of energy to fight any further," Jedidah called out as he charged over, stabbing his sword right into Dax's shoulder.
Dax cried out in pain and shock. Then, just as he was about to retaliate, a few royal guards rushed over and tied him up.
"Dax!"
