The Gold Seal Scripture was a form of text unique to the Godly Region. Being the Nine Heaven Sage, as well as a Royal Master, of course, he would know of it.
Oh?
Kendra was startled when she saw Darryl's reaction. "Can you read what's on there?"
She had never seen text like it before, but he had recognized it at first glance.
To think that he knew how to open the Heavenly Secret Lock, how to talk to beasts, and he could even read such complicated text.
How many other secrets did the man hold?
Sensing Kendra's shock, Darryl smiled lightly. "Yes, a little. This is the Gold Seal Scripture, a long-lost form of text. I can't believe I'm seeing it here."
He most certainly could not tell her that the scripture was special to the Godly Scripture. Otherwise, his identity would be exposed for sure.
Kendra nodded in realization and hurried to ask, "Well, what does it say?"
There had to be something going on with a plaque that big that was filled with words placed in such a prominent place.
Whew!
Darryl exhaled before saying, "Let me take a look…"
As the words rang through the air, he began to lean closer to get a good look.
As they looked on, a series of sounds could be heard from the chain bridge behind them.
All at once, Darryl and Kendra turned to look behind them simultaneously with furrowed brows in silent shock.
All that could be seen were a little under a hundred elite wanderers of the world charging across the chain bridge. They were clad in long red robes and wielded long swords, radiating a fierce aura.
Leading them was a tall and broad man. He was clad in a beard, radiating an aura of authority.
They were from the Red Shirt Crusade, a group that spent their days doing nothing but evil, thus, resulting in them being avoided by other big sects. The man's name was Mahoney Vecna—the leader of the Red Shirt Crusade, who had quite a bit of an infamous name.
Kendra bit her lip anxiously when she realized they were men from the Red Shirt Crusade.
