"Darling!"
Just then, Zacho rushed in quickly with an expression full of worry. "Darling, please come to your senses." As he spoke, he reached out to hold Valerie.
Yet Valerie seemed to have completely lost control then, her eyes wild as she cried out over and over again, "Die, all of you must die…"
As she shrieked, she picked up a vase closest to her and hurled it at Zacho.
Zacho scrambled to duck, narrowly missing the vase.
The vase shattered against the wall, giving the elders a fright.
Seeing as there was nothing Valerie was holding, Zacho rushed forward to clutch her hands in both worry and anxiousness as he said, "Darling, please, it's me."
Valerie seemed to be deaf to his words. "Let me go, let me go…" She struggled as she screamed.
At the sight, Zacho had no choice but to reach out with a sight, blocking Valerie's acupoint.
Upon so, Valerie jerked as she fell motionless, her vision darkening as she passed out altogether.
Whew…
Zacho was skilled enough to haul her into his arms immediately, calling out to the servants nearby. "Quick, make her the medicine. Now."
Every time Valerie had an episode, Zacho would have his servants make her a suppressant to calm her down. It would not heal her of her ailments but, at the very least, reduce her symptoms.
"Yes, Sect Master."
At the order, the servants scrambled to call out in response as they hurried off to prepare the medicine.
At the situation, Gigi knitted her eyebrows tightly. She had heard of what had happened to the North Sea Galaxy Sect Master's wife as well but had not expected things to be this bad.
"Sect Master…"
