Purchased A Mr. Right novel Chapter 1010

The girl seemed to realize that she might have said something wrong, and she immediately fell silent.

The atmosphere at that time was very embarrassing. The expression on Shelby's face was a little stiff, but the smile on her face was still perfectly maintained. However, the shadow of darkness gradually expanded in her heart.

She really wanted to yell out loud at the girl, and asked her to get away. However, she still needed to maintain her elegant demeanor of being a beautiful lady.

"Well... That could happen in your dreams!" Kyla immediately defended Shelby when she saw that the latter was somewhat unhappy. "Shelby, don't listen to her nonsense! I promise you: Your position as the school belle is safe! You've left the school for a whole year. Even if you're not here, you would always be our No.1. Your position can't be shaken by anyone!"

After seeing the meaningful glance of Kyla, all the other girls nodded and added one after one, "Yes... Yes! Anthea Lee's absolutely inferior to Shelby. She doesn't even deserve to be the maidservant of Shelby! She has transferred to our school from a little town. She's just a countryside bumpkin! How dare she compete with Shelby, the dream lover of every boy in the school!"

"That's right! She doesn't even know how to dress herself up. She has no sense of fashion at all. How can she compete with Shelby? She's just a village girl!"

Shelby felt a little relieved when she heard sayings like "countryside bumpkin".

She bit her lip gently and said simply and modestly, "Don't be so exaggerating. I'm not that good as you said!"

Kyla immediately replied, "You deserve it! You have just come back to school for half a day. This morning, almost every boy was talking about you at the end of class. Look at these delicious dishes on the table... Shelby, can't you see how charming you are?!!"

Shelby liked to be flattered by Kyla in this way, and now she felt much better.

Suddenly, Kyla saw somebody, and she immediately reported, "Shelby, the girl who came in is Anthea Lee!"

Anthea was unable to eat the egg she had "secretly borrowed" in the morning. She was very hungry now. She could not even clearly remember the formulas taught by the chemistry teacher in the last class.

Her only hope now was to rush to the canteen and fill her stomach as quickly as possible.

The canteen was still crowded with students, and therefore they had to look around for a place to eat lunch.

A boy from the Grade One of the senior high school stood up. "Senior Sister Anthea, come over here!"

Anthea waved her hand and replied, "It's so nice for you to do that. You can just enjoy your meal. We'll wait for an empty table after buying the lunch!"

"It's okay. I'll go and squeeze out a new seat with the other students!"

"Thank you!"

After sitting down, Rosie Lauro winked and said, "Look... I've said that Anthea's personal charisma is immeasurable!"

Anthea shook her head speechlessly and urged, "Hurry up and get the lunch. I'm starving to death!"

One of the girl was left to keep the position, while the other three went to buy their meals.

While they were eating their lunch, Alexandria Shieh, who was sitting nearby, suddenly leaned over and asked, "Anthea, will you be busy after class this Saturday afternoon?"

"I think I won't be busy. What's going on?" Anthea thought for a moment and shook her head.

It had only been a month since she came to Ice city. She didn't have many friends, so that most of the time she just stayed in the dormitory or library during the holidays.

"Can you just go with me to a place?" Alexandria continued, "Well have to pay the material fee for the class in the middle of this month. I have found a part-time job as a model of clothes. I don't have much experience in this field. I feel nervous about it.

I just want to find someone to go with me. They need a lot of models!"

Different from the other students, who generally came from relatively rich and powerful families, Alexandria completely relied on her own academic performance to be admitted into this high school. Since Grade One, she had often worked outside of the school on a part-time basis. Now that she was in Grade Three and was busy with her studies, she had reduced her workload a lot.

"Working as a model of clothes?" Anthea was surprised.
