Purchased A Mr. Right novel Chapter 1038

Anthea looked at the test paper on the desk and quickly wrote the answers.

However, as time passed by, it was too late. When the bell rang, she could only finish the multiplechoice questions, the close test, and some simple calculation questions. She had only finished half of one major question and had no time to finish the left at all.

The teacher was urging them by tapping on the blackboard, and the class leaders began to collect the test papers.

Anthea had no choice but to put down the pen in her hand.

Fortunately, it was just a small exam, which should not be a big deal even if she performed bad this time. She was trying to comfort herself.

When the teacher left with the test papers, the classroom suddenly became noisy. All the students were discussing the exam that they had just taken.

Anthea's three roommates also spontaneously surrounded her. 'Anthea, how did you do in the exam?" "You don't look too well. Don't tell me you performed very bad." Rosie noticed Anthea’s expression and asked anxiously.

Anthea opened her mouth, but before she could answer, Alexandria's voice sounded first.

"Anthea, you might be unaware that now there are many people in the school waiting for the results of this exam. To be exact, they are looking forward to knowing your scores! You are so popular now, and you are a candidate for the campus belle!"

"You were transferred here, so you may not understand. In the previous election of the campus belle, people would focus on three aspects. She should be beautiful and have a good character and also good academic performances! You have reached the standard of the first two aspects. Everyone supports you and will vote for you when the time comes. Now they just wait to see your academic performances!"

'Really?'

Anthea touched her forehead and didn't know whether to laugh or cry. Fortunately, she was not in the mood to compete for the campus belle.

The exam results were released the next morning. As expected, Anthea was at the bottom of the table in the school, let alone in the class.

When Anthea took the test paper back from the teacher, she could feel that Ms Lea looked at her with a somewhat earnest gaze. Ms Lea wanted to speak something but stopped on a second thought. Perhaps she was afraid that saying too much would hurt Anthea's self-esteem, so she could only comfort her by saying that she should work hard.

Anthea nodded. With her head down, she returned to her seat.

Most of the courses after that were about analysing the test papers, and it was the lunch break in the blink of an eye.

Alexandria, who was on Anthea's right side, gathered around first. Although the head teacher had just given the paper one by one, she still didn't give up and wanted to see it for herself.

When she saw the red crosses and a lot of empty questions on Anthea's test paper, she couldn't help sighing. "No wonder you didn't answer me when I asked you after the exam. It turns out that your score isn't very good."

Fearing that Anthea would be sad, Alexandria quickly comforted her. "But, don't be too discouraged. Ms Lea said that if you work hard, you still have a chance!"

"Yeah, there is still a long time before we graduate!"

Holly and Rosie both echoed.

Now there were not many people left in the classroom. They also left their seats and were ready to go to the canteen.

At this time, the back row chair was kicked by someone. Leonardo leaned his head over Anthea's table. Then he raised his eyebrows and said casually, "Oh! Anthea, I didn't expect your result to be so good."

"Go away!" Anthea rolled her eyes at him.
