While her line of sight moved up, she saw two long legs, a strong chest, and then the handsome facial features.
The deep black eyes were very cold. In the military uniform, this man had a very powerful momentum. He was silent, but his look could even scare a child into crying.
'Adam?'
Anthea was a little stunned to see him coming here.
Just now, when the teacher prepared to call her parents, her heart was in a mess. She always felt that the teachers really liked to call the parents of the students when something happened. She would not easily compromise on this matter, so she naturally would not agree to call her parents, but Adam's sudden appearance did surprised her.
Not only was she stunned there, but the two teachers and Kyla were also oppressed by Adam's aura. The whole office seemed to be enveloped by a cold but domineering aura with his arrival.
Although he looked very stern, he was really handsome!
The two teachers stared at him entranced. Only Kyla was scared by Adam after he caught a glimpse of her, and hid behind Ms Ziel.
This made the two teachers come to their senses. Ms Ziel cleared her throat and said tentatively, "Eh, who are you?"
Adam walked straight to Anthea and said in a low voice, "I'm her uncle."
He never spoke a needless word, but his meaning was obvious, which was that he could handle this matter for Anthea.
"Oh, okay." The head teacher stood up from the chair with a dignified look.
Although she did not want to wrong anyone, especially the students in her class, she was also not happy to see Ms Ziel defending her student so arrogantly.
But she could not deny a fact. She caught Anthea cheating herself, and there was no evidence to say that Kyla framed Anthe. Moreover, Anthea's result was very bad in last week's exam, which even made her tend to think that she cheated.
The head teacher continued, "Let me tell you what happened. Today, during our exam, Anthea cheated and was caught by me. So I may punish her accordingly and I also hope that you and her parents could have her well educated!"
Hearing this, Adam lowered her head to look at Anthea and asked, "Did you cheat?"
"No!" Anthea shook her head.
"I believe you."
Anthea's heart skipped a beat.
'I believe you?'
She was deeply touched by the three simple words.
She looked up and saw Adam's black eyes, in the light of which there was deep trust in her.
Before Adam came, no matter how she explained, the two teachers just didn't believe her. But he didn't even ask about what had happened and just believed her unconditionally.
She even had an idea that even if no one in the world believed her, it didn't matter. It was enough to have his trust!
Before the head teacher could say anything, Ms Ziel spoke first, "Sir, your child made a mistake. You can't blindly believe what she said. We should educate her, so that she could learn a lesson and would go astray again!"
Adam didn't seem to have heard her, and just said to Anthea calmly, "I'll take you to see the principal."
