Purchased A Mr. Right novel Chapter 1320

The car had left, and only its taillights could be seen.

Just as the car passed them by, Bellamy looked over with an obviously unhappy and sharp gaze.

Anthea pinched her own mid-brows. She regretted asking Adam to carry her on the back!

Bellamy perhaps had seen them doing so, and he might feel that this was indecent.

The car had disappeared into the night. Anthea hesitated and said,"... Is it really alright?"

Adam nodded and confirmed, "No problem."

He put his hand on her head and took advantage of this opportunity to take her into his arms.

Anthea lifted her little face up and looked into his dark eyes. His eye expressions were firm and confident.

She suddenly remembered that Adam and Carter had once coaxed or even forced her to admit her affection toward Adam. At that time, Adam said that if the two of them could have a new start of reunion, then nothing would be able to stop them or separate them again.

Anthea knew that Adam would solve all the problems for her.

She nestled her head into his arms and felt the warmth and heartbeat of his chest, as if she had found a harbor that was safe and reliable.

The next evening, in the Chin's Mansion...

After Adam stopped the jeep, he stepped into the mansion in his military boots.

He went straight upstairs. In the study, Bellamy seemed to have been waiting for him for a very long time. He was sitting in front of his desk with a sullen face.

Meadow was also in the room, sitting on the old-fashioned wooden armchair near the window. She seemed to be worried that the father and son might quarrel, and therefore she stayed there wishing that she might serve as a mediator when needed.

Adam was standing straight as usual.

Bellamy repressed his anger and said sternly, "I don't wish to repeat my words again and again. If you still know that I'm your father, quickly separate with that girl!"

Last time, when he learned that Amelie Celestin was involved in the drugging incident, Bellamy had a bad feeling about it.

Sure enough, Anthea and Adam had reunited again. Yesterday, on his way home, Bellamy happened to

see Adam carrying Anthea on his back!

Adam said, "I'm going to report to you about my marriage plan."

His tone was neither fast nor slow, as if this was the real object of his returning home.

Adam wanted to inform his parents that he would marry Anthea.

Bellamy's eyes widened. "B*stard!"

"Bellamy..." Meadow interrupted at the suitable time point.

Bellamy took a deep breath, yet his anger was still rushing to his brain. "Are all the women in the world dead? Do you really have no other choice? How dare you say you want to report to me about your marriage plan?!! I'm going to kick your ass first!"

Adam's expression didn't change.

When Bellamy saw that his son was still calm and stubborn, he became so angry that he wanted to slam the table.

"Oh, it's not like a war. Don't be so rude!" Meadow came over and said in a warm voice, "Adam, your father and I are doing this for your own good! We are both anxious about your love affair and marriage! We don't want you to be single throughout your life, but Anthea Lee can't be a choice!"

Bellamy couldn't control his temper and slammed the table. "That's right! We would prefer you to be single throughout your life than be with Anthea Lee! Did you hearthat? This is the attitude of me and your mother!"

Adam listened to their words in silence.

Then, he raised his wrist, looked at the watch, and said nonchalantly, "Anthea is about to get off work. I have to go back home and cook for her."

After that, Adam turned around and left.

Bellamy was speechless."...!!!"

It sucked!

His son was a major general, and he usually had a gun with him every day. But now, this major general wanted to go back home, went into the kitchen, and cook for his little girlfriend... What's worse, he actually felt proud, instead of ashamed, of it!

Meadow also looked at her son's back. Although the atmosphere was serious, but she was still absentminded for a while, thinking of something which might appear to be "inappropriate".

She was over sixty years old now, but she still hadn't eaten any meal cooked personally by her husband!

Not even a bowl of porridge!

Meadow looked at her husband with a little bitterness. She paused for a moment, and then said hesitantly, "Bellamy, how about..."
