Purchased A Mr. Right novel Chapter 1391

Emerson drove back to his villa.

On the way, he stopped at a dessert shop in the south of the city. When he was at Anthea's home, the little fellow Erik was eating a doughnut in his hands with appetite. He looked at the pink doughnut, thinking that Bunny would also like it.

Though the shop selling this kind of doughnut was far away, he still drove there. It was the weekend, so many people were queuing before the shop. He had been in line for more than an hour and finally bought what he wanted.

From a distance, he spotted a small figure sitting under the swing in the courtyard.

She had not put on any cosplay costumes since she came back. She was dressed in proper clothes, with her long hair hanging down softly behind her head. There was a rabbit hairpin on the right of her head, which made her look like a lonely fairy lost in the secular world.

After parking the car, Emerson strode over.

He frowned. "Bunny, why are you sitting here? You wear so little. Why don't you put on a coat? Aren't you afraid of catching a cold?"

In the early morning and at night, the temperature in the north was very low. It was especially cold after the sunset.

She was wearing only a silk nightgown. It was short and flimsy.

Emerson touched her shoulder. As expected, her skin was cold. He thought that she must have stayed outside for a long time.

Bunny smiled brightly as she saw him. "Hey, you're back!"

"Um!" Emerson took off his coat and wrapped it around her.

She tilted her head and noticed the box in his hand. "What did you buy?"

Emerson chuckled, looked down at her, and gently coaxed her as if she were a little girl. "Doughnuts. I bought them for you!"

Her eyes immediately lit up.

She was pleasantly surprised and stared at the transparent box. Those pink doughnuts with colorful sugar dots looked so lovely. She fixed her eyes at them, then suddenly bowed her head, her eyes flicking as if she was thinking about something else.

She looked down, her eyes leaving two shadows on her face. Emerson could tell that she was thinking about something unhappy.

He asked her softly, "Bunny, what's wrong?" Bunny shook her head.

Then, when she looked up again, she changed into a smiling face. "Nothing serious. I just miss you too much!"

Emerson was at a loss whether to cry or to laugh. "But we've just separated for a few hours!"

Bunny pouted, grabbing his big hands with her small hands and rubbing against him. "I cannot help thinking about you even if you've just left one minute!"

Emerson's heart softened when he heard her words. "You're such a lovely girl!"

Bunny spread her arms, asking for a hug.

Emerson picked her up from the swing and walked steadily back to the villa.

After taking her to bed, he went downstairs and asked Maid Cadwell to cook ginger soup for her to warm up. She wore so little and stayed outside for so long, so he was afraid that she would catch a cold.

Emerson came back with a bowl of ginger soup, and Bunny was leaning lazily on the head of the bed.

Her eyes were unfocused.

Still, Emerson felt that she had something on her mind.

However, every time he wanted to find out what she was thinking about, she would immediately raise her smiling face and return to normal.

Maybe, her period was coming soon?

It was said that a woman would be moody during that period every mouth.

Emerson thought to himself as he handed her the ginger soup. He asked her to drink it while it was still warm to drive the chilliness away from her body.

Bunny did not take it. Instead, she pled in a delicate voice, "Feed it to me."

Emerson could not bear to turn down her request at all.

He had never known that a woman could be so devastating when she acted coquettishly!

Emerson picked up the soup bowl and fed her spoon by spoon.

She opened her little mouth, leaned against his big hand, and sipped one by one. It seemed that she relied quite heavily on him and could not live without him.

However, she did not swallow the last mouthful of the soup.

She rolled her eyes wickedly.

When Emerson saw her eyes sparkling, he knew that she was up to something.

The next second, she threw herself upon him.

Her two small hands wrapped around his neck, and her full, rosy lips came close.

She delivered every single drop of the ginger soup in her mouth into his.
