The Schain's Group.
In the office on the top floor, Leonardo was sitting on a high back chair with a pile of documents piled up like a hill beside him.
After reading a few pages, he would stop to look at his watch.
When the secretary came in with the coffee, he saw this scene.
When he put down the coffee cup and was about to leave, Leonardo looked at his watch again. The secretary reminded him weakly, "Mr. Schain, there are still two hours before the end of work!"
"I see!" Leonardo frowned, seeming a little impatient.
The seconds ticked by.
When the secretary, who had returned to his seat, saw that it was time to get off work, he immediately looked up at the president's office and silently counted in his heart. When he just counted to three, the door was pushed open.
Leonardo, holding a suit jacket, was striding out.
He showed a smile and said, "It's time to get
off work!"
The secretary was speechless.
In the light of the setting sun, Leonardo personally drove home.
Far away, he saw the villa standing there.
Since he took over the position of president from his father, he moved out to live for convenience.
He had lived in this place for many years, but today he felt that things were different.
Maybach was parked in the yard. Leonardo walked into the villa lazily, with a glimmer of light in his eyes.
As soon as he entered the room, he smelled the fragrance of dishes in the air.
This was something that had never happened before, and Leonardo's heart began to beat fast.
A small figure ran towards him.
Leonardo leaned over and hugged his daughter who was opening her arms with a smile on her face. "Dad, you are back from work!"
"Yes!" He nodded.
Holly hugged his neck tightly and said in his ear, voice as sweet as chocolate, "I'm telling you secretly that I've missed you at home!"
Leonardo's heart softened. "I missed you, too!"
Holly couldn't wait to share with him. "Mom took me to the supermarket today and saw Aunt Anthea and Lil Star! She cooked a lot of delicious food. We can have dinner soon!"
Leonardo smiled and said, "Well, let's wash hands first!"
He threw the car keys and the taken suit on the sofa together, then took his daughter's hand, and went to the bathroom.
When the father and daughter came to the dining room, Mila was coming out of the kitchen with a dish.
She wore an apron with floral patterns on it. The cooker hood was still buzzing inside. It seemed that she was busy. There was a thin layer of sweat on her nose, and her clear eyes were more and more bright, like clear gems.
Seeing him, Mila smiled and said, "You are back!"
It was a very common word, but Leonardo's heart seemed to have been hit by something.
After a long time, he still had that feeling.
Mila continued, "Sit down with Holly and wait for two minutes. There is also a dish. We can have dinner after I finish it!"
"Yes!" Leonardo nodded.
He pulled out his chair and sat at the dining table with his daughter side by side.
Seeing the dishes on the table, Leonardo was surprised. Meat and vegetable were matched, and every dish was in good color and aroma.
