Three hours later.
When the judge announced the time was up, Tina had already put down the pen.
Many people were still drawing, just like they did on the final exam when they were in school. The staff came to collect the drawings and handed a stack of paper to the judges.
There was a separate room for the judges to mark.
They still needed to wait for some time because the results would be announced on the same day.
The meeting room became noisy.
The crowd was either standing or sitting, and they couldn't calm down. Some of them were full of confidence, and some were nervous.
Tina waited patiently. Halfway through, she went to the bathroom.
When she came out, she met Susan unexpectedly.
Perhaps it was because there were only the two of them, there was no need to avoid arousing suspicion. Unlike she was in the meeting room, Susan took the initiative to smile at her.
Tina greeted her politely when she saw this. "Susan!"
Susan said in a friendly voice, "Miss Hall, I’m glad that we met again! After the last banquet, I’m telling you the truth, I've always looked forward to seeing you in the preliminary contest, and you didn't disappoint me!"
"It's my honor!" Tina said with a smile.
Susan smiled, her eyes filled with admiration. "Your design today is very creative. I'm very optimistic about it. As for everything else, I can't say any more. Just wait for the result of the contest!"
Tina nodded. "Okay, thank you!"
She understood a bit of Susan's hint.
However, it was still a competition after all. Tina did not dare to treat it lightly.
What she didn't know was that under Susan's support, she was the first one to pass the preliminary contest. Of course, this was also because her strength was above average, so the other judges all agreed without any objections.
Finally, the result of the preliminary contest appeared on the projection screen.
The names of all those who passed would
appear, and those who did not would be eliminated.
Everyone rushed forward.
Tina also rushed forward and she searched her name while clenching her fists nervously.
When she saw her name on it, she was stunned at first, and then her joy burst out.
In the corridor not far away, the agent asked, "Dylan, aren't you going to leave?"
Dylan put his hands in his trouser pockets and looked at the conference room from afar. "You go first. I have something else to do!"
"Okay. Then I'll go first!" The agent nodded.
Dylan didn't seem to hear anything.
He stood a dozen steps away, through the window, looking at the results of the preliminary contest.
When he saw Tina's name, a smile appeared on his usually aloof face. His first thought was to be happy for her.
Dylan knew better than anyone that she was in love with the clothing design.
Ever since she entered university, her talent in design had been fully displayed. Every time he practiced the piano in the piano room, she would lie on the stand and designed clothes...
After discussing the related matters of the
concert, Dylan should have left, but he couldn't help but come to see the results.
Tina came out of the meeting room.
Dylan's hands clenched into fists in his pocket.
He told himself, "Don't be stingy. Congratulations to her calmly..."
Dylan's mouth twitched slightly. "I..."
However, Tina, as if she didn't see him, ran straight in front of him, even bringing a breeze.
Subconsciously, Dylan reached out, but he didn't even touch the hem of her flying clothes.
Like a bird, Tina flapped her wings and disappeared from sight.
Dylan's fingers froze, and then he sneered.
