Purchased A Mr. Right novel Chapter 1672

Their Agreement

The sun slowly went under the horizon, leaving only a few floating clouds.

As darkness fell, neon lights in this city were gradually lit up.

The taxi that Tina took shuttled back and forth on the street while she was holding a thermal lunch box on her folded knees.

As she looked out of the window, she saw many tall buildings ahead. As the taxi moved forward, the majestic words of Chin's Group suddenly came into her view.

Somehow, Tina's heart started to race.

When Terry called her to ask for help, she intended to refuse, but in the end, she agreed.

Back then, she had already arrived at the hospital. But she turned back home right away without even entering the ward.

The driver in front stepped on the brake. "Miss, we’re here!"

Tina nodded and paid to get off the car.

She took a deep breath and walked into the building with the thermal lunch box.

Different from other office buildings, the whole building belonged to the Chin's Group. With the lights of this building all turned on at night, it looked as gorgeous as a huge crystal box.

The box in Tina's hands was heavy.

Inside the thermal box was the rice porridge that she had just cooked.

Cooking rice porridge was simple, but it was crucial to control the heat. It would take some effort to make every grain of rice sticky and soft.

Tina couldn't help but think of the situation when she made porridge for Wilson for the first time.

He praised her and said that she should also make some porridge for him the next time he got sick.

Tina still remembered their agreement even until now.

She stepped into the building.

Tina came to a halt as she passed through the revolving door.

She saw a graceful and slender figure not far ahead. Even if she did nothing but stand on high heels with an elegant posture, everyone could tell that she was a socialite with a noble and dignified temperament.

It seemed that she was waiting for someone, for she would look down at the exquisite watch on her wrist from time to time.

When Tina saw Abby, she also saw her.

Abby walked towards her. Although they had only met briefly before, she greeted her very warmly. "Miss Hall?"

Tina replied politely, "Miss Amery!"

Abby smiled and said, "What a coincidence. What are you doing here?"

Tina hesitated. "I..."

At this time, someone came hurriedly from behind.

Panting, a man ran to them like a gust of wind and shouted with a much louder voice than theirs. "Miss Amery!"

This man carrying a bag in his hand was about forty years old, but he was respectful to Abby. It was obvious that he was a servant of the Amery family.

Abby looked at her watch again. "Why has it been so long?"

The servant quickly explained, "I'm so sorry to have kept you waiting for so long. Right after you called home, I immediately asked the chef in the kitchen to make the dish you asked for. It's just that the traffic along the way was heavy!"

"It's all right. You sent it here in time!" Abby didn't blame her but behaved well. "Is it still warm?

The man nodded repeatedly and handed the bag to her. "Don't worry. The rice porridge inside is hot, and there are also some matching dishes. They're all organic vegetables that are very suitable for people who are ill to eat!"

Tina clenched her fists tightly when she heard that.

Almost subconsciously, she hid the thermal lunch box behind her.

Abby nodded with relief. "That's good!"

Then, she looked at Tina with a smile. "By the way, Miss Hall, we haven't finished talking yet. Why are you here so late? Are you here to look for someone?"
