Tina paused for a moment.
She did not know what she was thinking when she deliberately slowed down and moved to the bathroom at a slow speed.
Therefore, she heard Wilson's following words.
Wilson didn't avoid her and answered the call directly. His low voice spread out inside the room. "Tonight? Chin's Group and RH Company have been working closely together. Since it's a banquet organized by the president of RH Company, of course, I can't be absent. I will go there..."
He seemed to talk about the place where the banquet was held and other related issues before ending the call.
Tina turned on the tap.
She curled her fingers as the cold water flowed down.
After washing up, Wilson had breakfast outside with Tina, and then sent her to work.
The busy work seemed to never end.
In the office of the office building, there were sounds of figures walking and tapping keyboard everywhere.
Tina was also sitting in front of the computer, but the mouse in her hand seldom moved.
Bonnie, who happened to walk past her with documents in her arms, could not help but come over to ask, "Tina, are you okay? You look absentminded all day!"
"I'm fine!" Tina shook her head.
Bonnie patted her on the shoulder and said with a smile, "Indeed, we have been working a lot recently. Hold on for another half an hour and we'll get off work soon!"
Tina heard that and looked up at the outside of the window.
Unknowingly, the sun was setting, and the sunset glow on the horizon was gorgeous.
When it was time to get off work, everyone heaved a long sigh of relief. They quickly finished their work and packed up, ready to go home.
In the office building, people were walking out one after another.
Tina carried her bag and was among them.
She lowered her head.
When she was about to cross the zebra crossing, a car horn sounded.
Tina was stunned.
A black Rolls- Royce drove to her side in a low profile.
Tina blinked and looked around. Then she quickly opened the back door and got in.
Terry in the front quickly drove into the traffic.
Tina was surprised and confused. "Wilson, why are you here? I heard the phone call in the morning. Aren't you going to a banquet in the evening?"
With Abby...
Wilson nodded, and said with a leisure smile, "Yes, you'll go with me!"
He did not intend to attend by himself. He wanted her to be his female companion.
"Go with you?" Tina was stunned again. She pursed her lips and asked in a low voice, "But will Miss Amery mind you taking me there?"
"No!" said Wilson.
Tina wanted to say something but stopped on a second thought.
She looked down. Wilson seemed to have unfinished business. He sat with a laptop on his knees.
Terry stopped the car and said respectfully, "President Chin, Miss Tina, we're here!"
Tina was wondering why they arrived so early. When she turned her face and looked out of the window, she found that the car was parked in front of a high-end dress store.
She almost forgot that she had to change into a formal dress to attend a banquet.
If she entered like this, it was inevitable that she would have no etiquette.
Tina had been to this dress store before. When she accompanied Wilson to a banquet for the first time, he took her here to pick a dress.
The female boss, Cyrilla, still remembered her.
After all, besides her, Wilson had never taken anyone else here.
