Purchased A Mr. Right novel Chapter 798

Emily picked up the cell phone on the tea table, but there was no message for her. She leaned on the sofa, hesitated for a while, and finally called Simon.

The line was quickly connected, but it was hung up by someone!

Emily looked at the phone screen in shock. Because of his special profession, she did not dare call him again. Instead, she sent a text message to him. "Simon, what are you doing?"

"I'm working!"

Two seconds later, two words were texted back.

Upon seeing that, Emily continued texting him. "You're still angry?"

"No!" It was also a brief answer.

Seeing that, Emily didn't believe it!

Emily looked at his messase and curled her lips. She could imagine how sullen his handsome face was now!

The news live broadcast on the TV was over. After a few brief advertisements, it was the TV play, but she was absent-minded.

Biting her lips, Emily picked up her phone again and continued to edit text messages. However, she sent a message to Anthea, who was her best friend. "Anthea, if you make your man angry, how will you comfort him?"

After a minute, Anthea replied. "Have you forgotten that I'm single?"

Emily was so embarrassed that she touched her forehead.

She had no choice but to ask Tina, who had a man.

"Tina, if you make brother Wilson angry, what will you do to make him happy?"

Tina replied very quickly, but the answer made Emily speechless. "Generally speaking, I won't make him angry..."

Emily rolled her eyes because her answer was of no value. Finally, she had to put her hope on her another friend, Wendy. She asked the same question. How would she comfort Mr. Hogg if he got angry.

Wendy replied slowly. It might be because she had to take care of Larry.

When Emily was too anxious to wait, she finally got her answer. "Emily, did you forget that? When Charlie and I were dating each other, I made him unhappy once. You're the one who gave me some advice!"

Emily frowned.

After thinking about it for a while, she remembered it, and his cheeks gradually turned flushed.

Taking a deep breath, Emily put the back of her hands on her face. She muttered in her heart and denied it embarrassedly.

After the temperature on her cheeks dropped, she turned off the TV and went back to the bedroom. A few minutes later, she was dressed neatly and went out with her cell phone and keys.

The taxi stopped in front of the private hospital, and Emily got out of the car.

The elevator stopped on the floor of the department of the cardiac surgery and Emily came out of it. There was no one in the nurse station. They should be called to the wards. She passed by it directly and went to the end of the corridor.

In addition to the duty room, there was also an expert office with lights on.

The door was open. The swaying lights shone the corridor, forming a ray of light. Tiny dust in the air could be seen.

Emily walked over with light footsteps. Then she saw Simon, who was sitting in front of the desk, wearing a white gown. Behind him, one of the windows was open. The night wind blew in and made his clothes flutter lightly.

There were books about medicine on the table, and he was flipping through them by the desk, serious and focused.
