Purchased A Mr. Right novel Chapter 876

Sean opened the iron gate of the warehouse and dragged Emily out.

It was not until now that Emily realized how desolate the surroundings were. The place seemed to be utterly bereft of human life. There were bungalows all around, which were factories that had been abandoned many years ago. A lot of garbage piled up. It seemed that no one had ever come to take care of this god-forsaken place.

Behind the warehouse was the muddy river. Sean dragged her to the shore by the rope.

Emily looked around, trying to find a chance to escape.

However, she soon gave up because she did not know the terrain of this place and could not run faster than Sean. Besides, there was a huge gap in physical strength between men and women. What was worse, she could not even break free with both of her hands tied up...

When she was forced to the river shore, she could only resign herself to her fate.

There was a short and narrow small broken bridge in front of them. It seemed to be used for fishing in the past. The bridge had been abandoned for too long. Many of its wood had been weathered away. This bridge was on the verge of collapse. As the wind blew through the bridge, its wooden boards creaked.

Sean pulled her to the top of the bridge. Just as she looked at the fast- flowing river below, she shuddered all over.

The bridge was so narrow that they could barely go through side by side. If not careful enough, they might fall off it.

Thus, Emily took every step with extreme caution and had given up her effort to escape for fear that she would accidentally fall down. When the cool river wind went into her collar, she felt freezing cold.

As they reached the bridge's end, Sean finally stopped.

The fishy wind mixed with the smell of alcohol assailed Emily's nostrils, and the flowing river below her feet made her nervous.

Sean looked at his watch impatiently, as if he had made an appointment with someone. About five or six minutes later, he raised his head and looked into the distance, his eyes suddenly turning red.

Emily followed his eyes and saw a black Cayenne speeding towards them.

The car braked suddenly. A tall figure pushed open the car door and jumped off the car. Meanwhile, Addy, who was in the co-pilot seat, pushed the door open and got off the car.

Watching them running over, Emily was glad that she could finally be saved...

However, in her heart, she mocked herself and somehow felt like laughing. In the end, she forced a tight smile.

As soon as Simon's leather shoes stepped on the bridge, Sean immediately shouted warily, "Don't come over here!"

With a distance of more than ten meters, Simon fixed his peach blossom eyes on her.

In just a few seconds, he quickly looked her up and down. Luckily, there were no external injuries. It seemed that Sean did not do anything crazy to harm her.

"Emily, don't be scared. I'm here!" His Adam's apple moved as he said. Slowly, his drooping hands clenched into fists. He comforted her in his low voice. Right now, he really wanted to kill him!

Emily opened her mouth but did not say anything.
