Pursuing My Ex Wife In Full Bloom Spring novel Chapter 167

[Text me when you're up.]

It was a short but succinct message.

Naomi replied to Scott. He was most likely just checking in on her. This was unsurprising to Naomi since he was a responsible person.

Naomi replied to him and called the concierge. While the call was connecting, a knock came on the door.

Naomi said, "Just a minute!"

"Alright."

She took her phone down and slowly walked over and opened the door.

"Hello, Ms. Goodwin." A sprightly middle-aged woman in her forties stood outside the door. She bowed and smiled at Naomi politely.

Naomi looked confused, but she quickly got her answer. "Are you the caretaker?"

"Yes. Mr. Lawson got me to come and care for you."

Naomi finally understood. Scott got her to reply to him when she was up so he could get the caretaker to come.

Naomi smiled. "Alright. Enter."

Since Scott had arranged for the caretaker, she did not need to ask the concierge anymore. She apologized to the concierge and hung up.

The caretaker helped Naomi into the room. Soon, someone sent over a wheelchair as well as breakfast.

The caretaker tidied up the room and cared for Naomi. Scott was always reliable in his work, and so were the people he hired.

Naomi felt assured by this and was relieved.

She started working and researching after breakfast. She did not keep herself idle.

She might not need to attend the event given her situation, but she was still involved in the sculpturing later on. She needed to discuss with everyone what sort of sculpture and what materials they would need. There were many things to decide on.

Noon quickly came.
