Chapter 47 An Incident in the Canteen

At noon, as soon as the bell rang, one after another, all students left the classroom and headed to the canteen. Jimmy opened his eyes and saw his classmate carefully sort the textbooks and stand up leisurely.

Roslin left with her bag. The people on the way couldn't help but peep at her and then they began to talk about her.

"Have you heard that? She's the girl that sits beside Jimmy."

"Didn't Jimmy chase her away?"

"Seems not."

"Who is that girl?"

"She is the eldest daughter of the Smith family, the one that was just recalled to the family. I heard that she beat the hell out of Arthur this morning."

"I also heard that Arthur was fixed big time. He almost lost his life. I heard the news too late, so I didn't get to watch the show."

"I didn't see it either. What a shame!"

"Shame? We may get to see Jimmy throw her to the lake."

"Hahaha. I'll for sure film it and post it on social media."

...

Jimmy was walking with his boys on the road. All the students who ran into them stepped back two meters away, so there was a void around them.

The talks of the surrounding students came into Jimmy' ears every now and then, but his eyes were on the slim figure in front.

"Jimmy, are we going to Maple Canteen or Flower Canteen today?"

There were three canteens in Masafield School, and the most expensive one was Maple Canteen. On the first floor, there were all kinds of dishes of all countries, and the cooks were hired from five-star restaurants, so the prices of the food were more expensive than outside.

On the second floor were boxes, where they provided the separate order service, and the prices were more expensive than the first floor. Even so, there were still lots of guests at Maple Canteen.

Jimmy didn't answer. He followed the person in front and went into Maple Canteen.
