Roar of the Supreme Warrior novel Chapter 1645

“Is that all you’re capable of?”

While James was upset about the situation, a voice spoke out, and the stone door behind him was pushed open.

Tapio walked over.

While walking over, he stopped and said, “Don’t attack me, James. I have no ill intentions. I was simply using it as an opportunity to teach you not to trust others. If I was really set on killing you, I’d have done it while you were still injured. Why would I leave you there? Don’t you agree?”

He explained with a smile.

However, he was greeted with another lash of powerful Sword Energy.

Tapio quickly clung to the stone wall to dodge James’ attacks.

The stone walls were robust. James' current strength was not enough to break the walls and could only leave deep cuts on it at most.

“James, calm down! I can lead you out of this underground labyrinth. Stop attacking and listen to me first,” Tapio tried to reason with him while dodging the attacks.

After James let off some steam, he felt much of his anger subside. He stopped attacking and sheathed the Primorial Dragon Blade. Then, he looked at Tapio, who had stopped moving, and asked, “Why did you do such a thing? Who ordered you to do it? Was it Tyrus?”

Although James trusted people easily, he relied on his judgment and intuition before doing so.

Tapio did not seem like a bad person to him.

At the very least, he did not have a wicked nature.

Thus, James chose to believe him.

“Yeah.”

Tapio said with a smile, “My master, Tyrus, has actually been looking out for you for a very long time. It started ever since you fled from Cansington to the Southern Plains. How do you think you were able to survive on the battlefield for the past ten years? Perhaps you thought you survived simply because you’re lucky?”

James looked at Tapio with a questioning expression.

“Sigh. Let’s leave this talk for later. Follow me. I’ll lead you through the labyrinth and to where the First Sword Art is located.”

Tapio stayed silent. He put his hands behind his back, turned around, and walked off.

James followed behind him.

This time, it only took them ten minutes to exit the labyrinth with Tapio leading the way.

Afterward, Tapio solved many mechanisms and led James to the crypt of the mausoleum.

Another mechanism was located on one side of the crypt’s wall.

Tapio immediately activated the mechanism.

Suddenly, the ground split open, and a passage opened up on the ground.

“You better study it carefully!” Tapio called out loudly.
