Kenneth, Hendrix, and the others gaped in utter shock.

They didn't expect Nathan to deploy a special regiment to deal with them. Even a dozen tanks were deployed.

Looking at those tanks with their gun barrels raised and hordes of Dragonfury soldiers with submachine guns, many of the men inside couldn't help but put their guns down and raised their hands to surrender.

With veins standing out of his neck, Kenneth barked, "You guys are crazy! Do you know what you're doing?"

"This is mutiny. You people will be severely punished, do you know that?"

"No, it's not," Nathan piped up placidly. "They're just acting on my orders. They will not be punished in any way."

"Hah, your orders?" Kenneth sneered.

"You're about to become a prisoner now. You think you're still that General from

before?!"

Nathan wore a calm expression. "So long as I'm not relieved of my post, I'm still the General and I will still be able to mobilize the troops."

"But I can guarantee that you'll be striped of your title soon!" Kenneth argued, then reached for his phone and shouted, "I'm going to call the President now and report about the mutiny of your men and ask him to relieve you of your post at once."

Nathan smiled. "Do you believe if I say that the President will not relieve me of my post but yours?”

"Bullshit!" Kenneth cursed.

"I'm the President's loyal follower of many years. Why would he relieve me of my post?"

"But you, you killed Wyatt Windsor, and now you're fighting against the investigation. You're screwed!"

A corner of Nathan's mouth lifted. "|'d like to see you try!"

Kenneth dialed President Windsor's number on the spot, and the call was connected shortly after.

In a loud voice, Kenneth reported, "Sir, Nathan Cross has mobilized the Dragonfury Special Forces without permission to fight against the investigation."

"The Dragonfury has surrounded us on all sides. This is an emergency and I request that this matter be dealt with seriously and immediately."

Hansel's voice slowly sounded. "Nathan Cross is the General and the Dragonfury Special Forces is under the jurisdiction of the North Army. He has the authority to mobilize the Dragonfury Special Forces.”
