Once again, several shots were fired. They were obviously coming after Nathan.

Thankfully, Nathan had readied himself for the upcoming ambush and got away in time, evading every shot fired at him.

Quatre, one of the four, replied, "Sir, he found a suspicious figure and is currently going after the man because he seems like the person in charge of the hitmen."

Nathan frowned the moment upon hearing Quatre's report.

Penny, pale with concern, rushed over to her husband's side and asked, "Nathan, what should we do next?"

Similarly, Marcus and his fellow coworkers were anxious as well. They looked at Nathan in anticipation of a solution.

These people were merely there for a company trip; never would they expect to be caught up in such a messy situation with so many casualties.

As usual, Nathan reassured Penny. "It will be fine. For the time being, I'll have you rendezvous with Dad and Mom. All of you have to leave the resort immediately. Head over to the hotel in the city. I'll take care of everything here.”

Penny knew her husband was the General of the North; therefore, she was certain that Nathan would be able to take care of everything as he had assured her. In the end, she nodded and replied, "Okay!"

"I want all of you to protect Penny at all costs!” Nathan instructed the four members of the Elite Eight specialized in defense.

Hence, Penny, her employees, and Frida were all safely escorted away.

Once Penny and her group had left, Nathan needed someone to deal with the miserable scene. He called Patrick Henderson, the person in charge of Bossania City's military districts, and instructed him to rush over to the scene with his troops immediately.

Within half an hour, Patrick showed up with his troops and took over the scene. They covered up the incidents and told the villagers they were there to defeat the bandits.

Since the bandits had been giving the villagers a hard time, they cheered the moment they discovered the notorious bandits had been taken out.

Finally, Colin returned to them. He came back in a Maybach and brought a person out of the car the moment he returned to Nathan's side.
