Salute to the General novel Chapter 1801

Saxon exchanged a look with his troops, then laughed heartily.

Meanwhile, Nathan was calmly staring at Saxon and the rest.

As for Colin and the Elite Eight, they were like sculptures standing motionlessly behind Nathan.

However, their gaze was sharp, and their breathing slow and light.

Their bodies were as tensed as a springboard.

The holsters by their waist were unbuttoned, whereas their guns reloaded.

They, like Saxon's troops, were ready to kill anytime an order was given.

Saxon's laughter suddenly stopped. He then stared malevolently at the troop and sneered. “Nathan, you're at the headquarters of the Xyperian border army. There're over tens of thousands of Xyperian army just in this base alone.

“Furthermore, we have no less than three hundred thousand troops standing by in this vast border.

“Yet, you hope to kill me with just these few people?

“Did you think our Xyperian army was just for show? That you could come and go freely from our base camp? And we will just let you have free rein over who to kill?

“I warn you to surrender now. I could still spare your life if you agreed to be our prisoner of war.”

Nathan responded, “The reason I'm here is to kill you. Yet, you asked me to surrender. Is this a joke?” “Since you have a death wish, I would be happy to grant it,” Saxon retorted.

“Kill them!”

The Xyperian army pulled out their guns in mere seconds at Saxon's command.

However, Colin and the Elite Eight were faster.

In just a short moment, sounds of guns firing and people screaming echoed in the hall.

Many who belonged to the Xyperian army fell to the ground with tiny pools of blood slowly forming around them.

Outside, the air-raid siren started blaring.

Nathan walked towards Saxon despite having gunshots fired all around him.

The latter pulled out a golden Desert Eagle, switched off the safety, and aimed it at Nathan.
