Salute to the General novel Chapter 1897

“Your subordinate?” blurted Brennan. He looked surprised when he stared at Nathan. The former's gaze later shifted from Nathan to Colin, and that got Brennan to laugh aloud. “You mean that guy? Hahaha, Nathan Cross, you don't actually think that your guy can defeat over a hundred of my men, do you?”

Brennan's subordinates, who had been standing at the side, laughed together. Everyone looked at Nathan and Colin with disdain shining in their eyes.

Nathan remained nonchalant. He chuckled and refuted, “Why would it be impossible for my man to defeat all of you?”

He was right.

Colin was the head of Nathan's National Guard, and he used to be known as the Ultimate King of Warrior.

He had fought over ten King of Warriors simultaneously and won the fight.

Hence, Colin genuinely wasn't breaking a sweat about fighting over a hundred subordinates.

Nathan was confident in Colin's skill as well.

Brennan and his men laughed so much that they were bending their backs. It was as if Nathan's claim that Colin could single-handedly defeat everyone was the funniest joke.

“Hahaha, how drunk do you think they are, Mr. Lancaster?”

“I know, right? They shouldn't be that drunk and talk that much sh*t even if they can't hold their drink.”

“If this punk and his subordinate are so eager to die, then we should just grant them their wish, Mr. Lancaster.”

Brennan put on a skin-deep grin and turned to Nathan. “Did you hear what my men said, Nathan? Get down on your knees and apologize at once if you don't want to die slowly and painfully. I might even consider letting you live if you sell the company to me without causing any extra trouble.”

Nathan chuckled and replied, “What a coincidence. Everything you just said is what I came here to say today. If you want to survive long enough to return to your country, you should follow me back to my place at once and apologize while on your knees. If you don't, you will take your last breath here!”

Brennan's expression took a sharp turn, and he spat heartlessly, “Nathan Cross, you really are

stubborn. Boys, get him!”

“Understood, Mr. Lancaster!”

Casper spearheaded the subordinates and closed in on Nathan and Colin.

Nathan remained relaxed and disregarded the furious men coming at him.

Colin, on the other hand, had a grouchy expression as he took a step forward.

Casper was about two meters tall and was slightly taller than Colin. The former was so muscular that he could be the spokesperson of a gym, and the black tuxedo on him only made him look like a warrior.

He went at Colin and growled, “Die, scum!”
