Salute to the General novel Chapter 1963

Even though Ava wasn't willing to back off, but the first rule to being a soldier was to obey orders no matter what.

In the end, she retreated willingly.

Nathan stood up and stared at Kelvin intently. Despite appearing sickly and coughing constantly like he was going to die any moment, the man was in fact an elite fighter.

It seemed the scholar wasn't just bragging about his abilities. Rax, who was so famous across the country twenty years ago till even the President feared him, still had capable people under his command.

While Nathan was sizing up Kelvin, Kelvin was also doing the same.

A few years ago, Nathan rose to fame and was also given the nickname, Eurasia's God of War. Seeing that, Kelvin was also very intrigued by him.

He said with a wry smile, “Nathan, pick a weapon.

Nathan smiled, “There's no need for that!”

After hearing that, Kelvin frowned and instantly threw his sword to his subordinate beside him, then he uttered flatly, “Since you're not using a weapon, neither am I."

Nathan chuckled and responded, “Let's do this!”

Kelvin was ready for battle and didn't intend to play nice. In just a few seconds, his body was moving at an almost godlike speed.

Penny and the other ordinary people could no longer keep up with his speed with their naked eye.

In a flash, everyone saw Kelvin disappear into thin air, and in the next instant, he appeared in front of Nathan. His right hand struck like a knife, slashing towards Nathan's neck at the speed of lightning.

Nathan leaned back slightly and avoided Kelvin's slash just in time.

Kelvin couldn't help but let out an eek in disbelief.

Other than Mighty Rax, he had never missed a strike or faced an opponent who could deflect his attack before.

The fact that Nathan had managed to evade his damaging blow somewhat surprised him.

“How interesting!”

While he uttered that, his body kept moving. Shadows of his body appeared as he moved his fists and feet swiftly like the forces of lightning and wind. In a blink of an eye, he had already launched multiple attacks at Nathan.

As powerful as a gale of wind and as fluid as a cascade of water, his attack was brutal and quick.

In spite of this, Nathan maintained a calm and relaxed demeanor, like he was going for a leisurely stroll, weathering the attack.

Kelvin's series of attacks failed.

In contrast to the casual expression he had begun with, the astonishment in Kelvin's eyes intensified.
