Salute to the General novel Chapter 2095

Scout was surprised when he saw Nathan only brought a few of his subordinates with him.

Since Nathan threw down the gauntlet the other night, Scout had ordered countless elites to be on standby in the Islesbury Club, waiting to take Nathan down once he showed up.

It was beyond his expectation that Nathan dared show up with only a few of his subordinates.

Is he looking down on me? Or does he really think he can beat me?

Smiling wryly, Scout was looking at Nathan like a slaughterer would at an animal.

The crowd sported varying expressions as they made way for Nathan.

They all knew Nathan was no longer the Commander-in-Chief of the North Army after being removed from office by Clifford. It was obvious that Nathan was incapable of fighting against the Davier family. Now that he is no longer in power, why is he still messing with Scout? He is digging his own grave!

Yet, Nathan couldn't care less about the people who were staring at him. He even ignored Scout and his subordinates' presence.

His expression only changed when he noticed Austin was forced to kneel, his face twisting in pain.

“Mr. Windsor, why are you kneeling? Get up.”

Nathan approached Austin to help him up.

Austin struggled to get on his feet. He was happy to see Nathan, thinking that his savior

had come to his rescue.

Just then, a well-built figure stood in Nathan's way. It was none other than Tillman.

“Did Mr. Davier allow you to stand up?”

His hand once again landed on Austin's shoulder, pressing him down.

Austin fell back on his knees again, his features twisted from agony. Soon, the floor was smeared with blood from his injured knees.
