Salute to the General novel Chapter 2313

Back at Jazona Hotel, Penny fidgeted uneasily in her seat. She only breathed a sigh of relief upon Nathan's safe return.

Colin and Ava also greeted Nathan at the door to check if he was okay.

Nathan smiled. “Tim has been rescued and is now receiving treatment at the hospital. As for those kidnappers, they have paid for their crimes.”

“That's great!” said Penny.

“Since when did Tetsuo become so

brave? He took such a huge risk in kidnapping Tim,” Colin asked out of curiosity.

“That’s right, Tim is a pretty good fighter. How did Tetsuo even manage to capture him?” Ava was perplexed.

Nathan sat down and replied, “Because Novah Pharmaceutical Company and the Camdens joined forces. They helped Tetsuo capture Tim. There was no way else Tetsuo would have been able to do it by himself.”

Penny frowned. “What? Are Novah Pharmaceutical Company and the Camdens still not going to stop? Are they still trying to cause us more trouble?” she said softly.

Nathan nodded. “Yeah. These people need to be taught a harsh lesson.”

“Mr. Cross, should I send word to the military to send men overseas to teach Bowen and Quentin a lesson?” Colin said.

Shaking his head, Nathan answered, “Bowen is one of the top ten richest men in the world. The Queen of Eagleland herself granted him his nobility. The Camdens' words carry a lot of weight in Eagleland since wealth speaks louder than others. It wouldn't be wise to send our men over without a proper plan. Besides, things will be very hard without Eagleland's permission. As for Novah Pharmaceutical Company, they have the Ariarica military to back them up since they are the largest pharmaceutical company there. It would be even harder to take Novah Pharmaceutical Company out.”

“But they've been getting really out of hand as of late. Are we just going to sit around and do nothing about it?” demanded Colin.

“If the Camdens and Novah Pharmaceutical Company ever send men over to look for trouble again, we will kill them off. We're not going to show them any mercy ever again,” Nathan said calmly.

“Yes, sir!” Colin and Ava replied in unison.

“I will get even with Bowen and Quentin after I finish handling some other matters first,” Nathan continued.

“Understood, Mr. Cross!”
