Ariarica's carrier battle group and the ships of its allies slowed their advance, but they didn't leave as ordered.
“Tell Eurasia that we're sailing freely, and they have no right to interfere!” Max stated coldly.
“Understood!” Shearson answered.
Subsequently, Max added, “Also, deploy a destroyer ahead to test the waters.”
“Understood,” Shearson repeated.
Meanwhile, Sage reported to Nathan on EU South, “Sir, not only did they ignore our demand to leave, but they even intentionally sent out a destroyer to draw close to us.”
Nathan picked up the wireless communicator and asked Rogan, Remdik’s naval commander, “What do you think, Rogan?”
Grinning, Rogan drawled, “Since they want to play, we'll play along. The Pacific Ocean Fleet shall also send out a destroyer to play with them.”
“Okay!” Nathan assented.
In no time, the Pacific Ocean Fleet dispatched their most advanced destroyer to head toward Ariarica's ship.
After all, Remdikians’ temper wasn't to be underestimated.
Before Remdik's destroyer had even gotten close to Ariarica's ship, a fighter jet of Remdik's shot toward Ariarica's destroyer and dropped a bomb in front of it.
Boom!
A loud bang pierced the air, and waves rippled through the sea.
Ariarica's destroyer swayed a few times.
Rogan guffawed triumphantly and bellowed at Ariarica, “If you persist, we won't be bombing the sea the next time. Instead, we'll bomb the ship directly!”
Ariarica never expected Remdik to be so savage that they actually went for the kill.
Ariarica retaliated swiftly, immediately sending out three fighter jets to chase off Remdik's fighter jet.
However, just as Ariarica's fighter jets flew over, Eurasia had also dispatched three fighter jets.
