Salute to the General novel Chapter 2748

Nathan's gaze landed on Nuguri in the end.

“You again!” he said calmly.

“We’ve never offended the werewolves. And Eurasia has always been polite to our guests. Hence, you shouldn’t be holding any grudges against us. Why are you trying so hard to find fault with us?”

“I can't tell you why. All you need to know is that tonight will be the day you die. Defeat is imminent!” Nuguri said in a hoarse voice. “If you are willing to surrender without putting up a fight and let us kill you, then I can assure you that your wife and your loyal subjects will be just fine.”

Colin, Ava, and the Elite Eight fumed with anger.

“Hah, there are plenty of people out there who want to kill President Cross. But no one is capable of doing so yet,” Colin said. “How dare you dogs make such a huge fuss in front of President Cross? Fools! I'll show you how I kill dogs tonight!”

Nuguri's face darkened.

The Eighteen Warriors and five hundred elite werewolf warriors flew into a rage. They bared their fangs and howled furiously.

Werewolves hated being called dogs.

Colin's words had upset them so much that they wanted to throw themselves at him and rip him into pieces.

Nuguri narrowed his eyes at Nathan and said coldly, “What a pity. Your wife and your subordinates could have carried on with their lives. But now, they will have to pay for your stubbornness.”

With that, he dissolved into the darkness.

At the same time, he commanded, “It’s time to hunt, boys. Tear these humans into pieces.”

“Awoo!”

The werewolves lifted their heads and howled. It was ear-piercing and very frightening.

They bolted into action and rushed toward Nathan.

“Elite Eight, gather around the car and protect Mrs. Cross at all costs.” Nathan stayed calm and collected as he stared at the pack of werewolves coming at him.

“Yes, Sir!” The Elite Eight members immediately gathered around the car.

“Ava, Colin, you'll be with me. Let’s kill these dogs!” Nathan continued.
