Salute to the General novel Chapter 2747

There were at least five hundred werewolves at the scene.

All of them were part of the elite werewolf warriors of Shadow Fang.

Eighteen out of the five hundred werewolves looked bigger and stronger than the rest. These were the infamous Eighteen Warriors of Shadow Fang.

The Eighteen Warriors looked like the devil themselves. They emitted a murderous aura as they stood in a row and stared at their prey coldly. It was as if the latter were lambs about to be slaughtered.

“It's time to hunt!”

The voice of an elderly person rang out.

The Eighteen Warriors stepped aside and made way for their elder.

Then, a hunched-back elderly walked out of the pack with a cane carved with an ancient totem script in his hand.

Every werewolf treated him with respect. He was none other than Nuguri, a shaman of Shadow Fang. The Shamans were usually well respected in the tribe. Nuguri was just one level below Moab.

This time, he had personally led the Eighteen Warriors and five hundred elite werewolf warriors of Shadow Fang to assassinate Nathan. It showed how big of a threat the Shadow Fang viewed Nathan to be.

Not too far away, Morse, who was watching on in bewilderment, couldn't help but exclaim in a low voice, “Who is this guy? It looks like the werewolves hold him in high regard.”

Catherine was very knowledgeable as

the Duchess.

She narrowed her eyes and stared at Nuguri. “I think he's a shaman. Rumors have it that his walking cane possesses great power. He must be ranked highly within the pack,” Catherine said when she saw his weird outfit and his walking cane.

A shaman!

Morse stared at the frail, hunched-back, old man in shock. I've always thought shamans were just a bunch of religious zealots. Who would have thought that they'd be so important?

Just as they were gossiping in the car,

Nuguri felt their presence.

“Why, what do we have here?

Cowards hiding in the car?” His eyes glinted coldly as he spoke.

Those words were meant for Catherine and the rest hiding in the Cadillac SUV.

However, his words did not sit right with Nathan.
