Salute to the General novel Chapter 2806

The moment they held hands, Max sensed a volcanic force coming from Antonio's hand. He narrowed his eyes and channeled a burst of energy to his wrist to go against Antonio.

Crack, crack, crack!

The force of their battling energies was so immense that the floor they were standing on had cracked and extended outward like a spider web.

Crash!

Following the loud rumble, the two-and-a-half-story tall ancient manor collapsed into ruins.

In the yard, Max's bodyguards jolted in shock. They were afraid he would be in danger.

To their surprise, Max and Antonio stood in the middle of the ruins, holding hands tightly.

Not far away, Kaiser and Gianna were busy patting away the dust on their bodies.

Under the bodyguards' shocked gazes, Max retracted his hand and grinned. “Antonio, you're far more capable than I imagined. I'm confident that you can defeat Cross.”

Antonio shot him a wry smile. “Admiral Max, you'll just have to wait for my good news.”

In the middle of the vast sea, Penny had just fallen asleep on the Dragon Warriors’ warship.

Nathan was dealing with Jurgis and the rest in the ship's control room.

He was seated in the command chair with Jermaine, Colin, and the Elite Eight flanking him.

Jurgis and his trusted subordinates were standing before Nathan, looking utterly disheveled.

Picking up his glass, Nathan took a sip of the water before glancing at Jurgis. “Prince Jurgis, now that the werewolves are no longer a threat, it's time for us to settle our score,” he said calmly.

Jurgis' expression soured when he heard that.

Weakly, he pleaded, “Mr. Cross, it was my fault. I know I was wrong, so please forgive me this once.”

Nathan remained apathetic. “An apology isn't enough. I need to make you bleed so you'll learn from your mistake.”
