Nathan asked coldly, “If I'm right, you guys should be foreign soldiers. Tell me. Who sent you? If you answer me, I might spare your life.”
The beady-eyed man raged, “I'm going to kill you!”
With that, he raised his leg and tried to aim a kick at Nathan's family jewels to make the latter release him.
It was a very vicious move that could end Nathan's future of having kids.
Nathan's gaze turned cold, and he threw a kick as well. It was faster and more powerful than the beady-eyed man's attack.
Crack!
Alas, Nathan's leg struck his opponent first, kicking the latter in the calf and breaking his bones.
“Ah!”
The beady-eyed man let out an ear-piercing scream.
Immediately after that, Nathan landed his right fist on the beady-eyed man's face.
With a crunch, the blow crushed the man's facial bones, and his screams came to an end.
Nathan loosened his grip, and his opponent's body crashed to the ground.
As Nathan took out a white handkerchief and wiped the blood on the back of his hand, he asked a shocked Hepburn, “Are you all right, Holy Maiden?”
Hepburn had heard of Nathan's great abilities in the past, but witnessing him fight so calmly in person stunned and impressed her.
She did not return to her senses until she heard Nathan's words. “I'm fine, but my subordinates and the people in Caliburn Church were killed by these devils. Mr. Cross, let's run away now. It's dangerous here.”
Run away?
Nathan disliked those words because he did not have the habit of running away from trouble. On top of that, he could not tolerate foreigners behaving insolently in the mighty land of Eurasia.
Those insolent fools should be the ones running away, not me.
