Nathan narrowed his eyes. "You told him about my identity?"
Patrick hurriedly replied, "No. Without your permission, who would dare reveal your secret identity?"
"This means that Dip doesn't know about my identity yet. No wonder he keeps making trouble for me," said Nathan.
Patrick was stunned. "Dip is still in conflict with you?"
Nathan answered casually, "Dip has his eyes on a vaccine from my wife's company. He had James Price, the vice-president of Channing's CDER to make sure that the vaccine could not pass inspection. James Price said that he wants to destroy Cross Group and ensure that our vaccine can never pass the inspection, so we can never bring it to the market. He even said that it is of no use if we report him to the mayor and the governor!"
Patrick was outraged. "Does James Price have a death wish!?"
Russell was sweating profusely as well. "I'll get him over here right now!"
Nathan smiled. "It's fine. I've already asked someone to invite him over for a meal. I would like to see for myself whether he still dares to be cocky in front of you two."
At this moment, Thomas Dunn knocked on the door and came in, saying respectfully, "Master, James Price is here."
In the large hall outside, James was looking around him.
He asked the waiter standing aside unhappily, "Nathan Cross says he wants to invite me to a meal, but why isn't he here? Ha, considering such an apathetic attitude of his, he can forget about his vaccine passing inspection!"
James had thought that Nathan was inviting him for a meal so that the latter could bribe him into approving Cross Group's inspection.
So, he stared around the place and shouted for Nathan arrogantly.
Then, he saw Nathan walking out from the VIP private room.
Nathan glanced at James and said, "Are you the vice-president of CDER, Mr. Price?"
