Shannon nodded without hesitation. "Why must I go out with you on Valentine's Day when I can go out with you anytime? This : s such an important day. I should be doing what I should be doing. Besides, what’s there to celebrate between the two of us ladies?"
She was right.

I sighed and stopped thinking about it.
"Are you planning to settle here after divorcing Theo?" Shannon suddenly asked.
