Scrambling to Be the Father of His Ex-Wife's Kid novel Chapter 449

Quinn did not give me any time to think and was already dragging me upstairs to help me pack my things.

I said to her while packing, "Quinn, don't you think it's a bit of a rush for me to go there today?"

Quinn chuckled. "It's the same if you go now or later. Besides, we can head over together. That way, I won't have to worry about you going over yourself. You don't need to bring many clothes or other things either. I’ll get the butler to buy the necessities for you."

"Alright." I looked down. "I'm not staying that long anyway and it's only nearby. If I need anything, I'll come back here to get it."

Quinn merely smiled and did not say anything.

When I exited the villa, I was taken aback when I saw two bodyguards standing beside the car. She even brought along bodyguards?

"I haven't been feeling well recently. I was afraid something might happen, so I brought along the bodyguards," Quinn explained.

I frowned a little and remained silent.

When I got in the car, Quinn had me wait for her for a little while. She went inside the villa again.

She then came out after about ten minutes. Miss Zuri was following behind her.

Miss Zuri got in the car that the two bodyguards were riding in. When Quinn got in, she said, "She must know your preferences since she's been taking care of you for a long time, that’s why I brought her along. Otherwise, I'm afraid that Theo will get worried."

I smiled a little. "Good thinking."

The Zimmers' house was relatively near as it was about a 20-minute drive away.
