Chapter 355
Crystal was a household name in the dance world, bagging prestigious awards both at home and abroad.
At first, she wasn’t sold on Lizette. After all, a dancer stepping away from the stage for four years is usually a career–ender.
Had it not been for Jerome’s personal endorsement, she wouldn’t have bothered.
So, when Lizetta took the stage, stretching and starting her routine, Crystal was hardly paying attention.
Sure, Lizetta’s moves were graceful, her poise exceptional, but Crystal had seen her fair share of talent. Those qualities alone weren’t enough to impress her
Gradually, though, Crystal found herself leaning in, her gaze lighting up as she followed Lizetta’s every move on stage,
Yolanda, watching Crystal and the Madden brothers be completely captivated by Lizetta, know Lizetta had it in the bag.
Lizetta, shining brightly on stage, had a beauty that struck straight to the soul.
Yolanda pulled out her phone, stepped back to get a good angle, and snapped a photo.
Just then, a call from Cassius came through
Yolanda hung up, but the phone rang again immediately.
Handing Lizetta’s coat to Hamilton nearby, she gestured that she was stepping out to take the call,
9 9 3 2 2 2 2 2 2 3 6
As she left, Lizetta finished her routine, ending in a poised butterfly stance, catching her breath and calming her emotions.
Hamilton, eyes sparkling, shoved the coat at Jerome and dashed onstage with a thermos and a towel, acting like the ultimate fanboy.
“Liz, you were amazing! That part was so powerful, it got my heart racing, feel it!”
Hamilton’s grin was infectious, and even his over–the–top gesture didn’t seem off–putting
Lizetta laughed, “You’re exaggerating.”
She took the water bottle from him.
Downstage, Jerome turned to Crystal
“What do you think?”
Hearing this. Lizetta paused, standing on stage with her hands tightly holding the water bottle, nervously awaiting Crystal’s critique
No wonder she was nervous. After all, she had been away from the stage for four years.
Even though she never truly gave up, practicing dance for hours every day, even while working as an office assistant at the Starlight Group.
She had passed Master Dories‘ audition after long preparation, but this time, she had little time to prepare, especially in front of a top dancer like Crystal.
