Still Wanna Escape After Stealing My Heart? novel Chapter 1092

That afternoon was the first time the three-and-a-half-year-old little girl got to know her father.

Old Master Shaw left the house with his wife. He was wearing a suit, and his wife was dressed in a beautiful dress. The couple was dressed handsomely, looking sophisticated and elegant.

Beside them was a boy, around seven or eight years old. The family of three made onlookers turn green with envy.

"Look, Gloria. That’s your daddy," Goldie said to her daughter.

"Daddy's so handsome,” the little girl said.

"Yeah, your father is handsome and powerful. He's a good man, just and upright. When you grow up, you have to be a filial daughter to your father because he gave you life, do you understand?” Goldie educated her daughter.

Although her daughter came from a single-parent family, she never cultivated hatred in her daughter. Even if her father never visited her even once throughout her life, never acknowledged her as his daughter, Goldie wanted to plant in her daughter's mind an image of him as a good father.

The little girl was very obedient and understanding. The three-and-a-half-year-old little girl nodded

vehemently in front of her mother. "I understand, Mommy. When I grow up, I'll love Daddy a lot."

"Let's go, baby," Goldie said.

"No, Mommy, I want to continue looking at Daddy. See, his car is still there. Can we go after he leaves, please?” the little girl begged her mother greedily.

Dark, bitter despair filled her mother's chest, but still, she agreed. The mother and daughter stood at a far distance, opposite the entrance to the Shaw family mansion, and watched as the car slowly drove out of the gates. When the car sped up, the three-and-a-half-year-old Gloria struggled out of her mother's arms with surprising strength and ran toward the car.

As she ran, she waved her little hand, calling out in her sweet, childish voice, "Daddy, Daddy, Daddy... I love Daddy..."

Behind her, Goldie was shocked, terror turning her complexion pale and bloodless. She wanted to shout, but she did not dare raise her voice, afraid she would notify the Shaw family servants to their presence.
